Welcome to Three’s Company Jewellery and Accessories! Here are answers to our most frequently asked shipping questions:

How do I know you received my order?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Three’s Company Jewellery and Accessories confirming your order and giving you an invoice number.

How long does it take to get my order?

If the piece your order is in stock (it will be indicated on the product page if out of stock) then it will take from 1 to 10 days within North America. Any International shipping can take up to 14 days.

Your orders arrival will also be dependant on the method of delivery you choose and its destination. In our confirmation e-mail you will receive a tracking number.

Are items ever back ordered?

All back ordered items will be indicated. By chance that your item is back ordered and was not indicated, you will receive an e-mail informing you of how long the item will be back ordered for. If you decide to cancel your order we will refund your purchase as well as your shipping.

Do you ship to outside of Canada?

Yes we do ship worldwide! Costs of shipping outside of North America are higher. We are always trying to improve our shipping prices for all customers. How do you ship items? We ship items by Canada Post. As soon as we send out your shipment you will receive a tracking number.
